JGM recommends that you should have an electrical inspection carried out if:
• You are purchasing a property that has been occupied
• The property is more than 25 years old
• If it is more than 5 years since one has been done
• If you are concerned about how any of the equipment may have been installed

We are willing to estimate your electrical project for free when you know what needs installed, repaired, upgraded or new construction. However, troubleshooting unknown electrical issues is an hourly rate with a minimum service charge of two hours. In our experience, it takes more time to locate the problem than repair it, so we do our best to repair it while we are called out to look at your problem.

Yes! For an hourly rate. We offer a more thorough electrical inspection than the “home inspectors” because we are experts in that field and specialize in that area.
